My Specialty -  South Charlotte - begins from Uptown Charlotte and winds south through the noted neighborhoods of Myers Park, Dilworth, Eastover and Foxcroft, all the way to vibrant South Park - with its unique blend of neighborhoods, world class shopping and office concentration.

South Charlotte continues on to Ballantyne - a relatively new 2,000 acre planned residential/retail/office community - crowned by the Ballantyne Country Club.
